By using Metrorooter, operated by METRO PLUMBING & MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS, INC., you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Metrorooter provides AI-generated stormwater flow maps, gutter checklists, and storm prep briefs for general planning. AI drainage maps are informational only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not engineering designs, construction documents, roofing advice, surveys, or local code review.

We do not provide engineering, construction, roofing, high-work, insurance, contracting, inspection, or emergency services, and we do not dispatch crews. We do not sell or operate powered drain machines, pumps, gas equipment, or pressurized parts. Always engage a qualified, licensed local professional before performing or commissioning any work.

Inspecting or working on gutters, downspouts, and roofs involves ladder work, working at height, and sharp metal edges. These activities are hazardous and are undertaken entirely at your own risk and responsibility. You are solely responsible for your safety and for complying with applicable laws and codes.

Map credits are digital and delivered online. They carry no cash value, are for use within the tool, and are subject to the Refund Policy. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer it, or rely on outputs as a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you provide.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metrorooter and METRO PLUMBING & MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS, INC. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions or work undertaken based on AI outputs.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
