1. Digital products
All purchases are digital stormwater map credits priced in USD. Credits are delivered online inside the tool. There is no physical item, so no shipment, postage, or physical return is ever involved.
2. Refund window for unused credits
You may request a refund of unused map credits within 14 days of purchase. Email support@metrorooter.shop from your purchase email address with your order details.
3. Used credits
Credits that have already been spent to generate a flow map are considered consumed and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If a generation fails on our side, that credit is restored or refunded.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in USD. Processing times depend on your payment provider. Note: payment processing is not yet enabled, so no charges currently occur.
5. No refund for dissatisfaction with AI output
Because AI drainage maps are informational planning aids and may be inaccurate, a refund is not guaranteed simply because an output did not match expectations. We will, however, review good-faith issues case by case.
