1. Who we are

Metrorooter is operated by METRO PLUMBING & MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS, INC., 1736 Indian Rocks Rd., Largo, FL 33774, USA. You can reach us at support@metrorooter.shop. This policy is governed by the laws of Florida, USA.

2. Information we collect

We collect the property details you enter to generate a flow map (such as roofline, downspout count, slope, yard low spots, gutter condition, and rain concern), account and billing contact details when you purchase digital map credits, and basic technical data such as device and usage logs.

Drainage planning inputs are used to produce your informational map. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data and ask that you not include it in free-text fields.

3. How we use information

We use information to generate and improve flow maps and checklists, to deliver and support digital map credits, to process payments once payment is enabled, to communicate with you, and to meet legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the tool (such as hosting and, in the future, payment processing), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing support@metrorooter.shop. You can also ask us to stop sending non-essential messages.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
