1. No physical shipment
Metrorooter sells digital stormwater map credits only. There is no physical product, so we do not ship, mail, courier, or otherwise physically deliver anything. No shipping address is required and no shipping fees apply.
2. How credits are delivered
Once a purchase is completed, map credits are delivered online inside your Metrorooter account and are typically available immediately. You then use credits to generate flow maps, gutter checklists, and storm prep briefs within the tool.
3. Delivery timing
Digital delivery is instant or near-instant after a successful purchase. If credits do not appear, contact support@metrorooter.shop and we will resolve it. (Payment processing is not yet enabled, so no live orders occur today.)
4. Outputs are informational
Delivered maps and briefs are informational planning aids only and may be inaccurate. They are not engineering, construction, roofing, or emergency services, and they do not replace a qualified local professional.
