1. Nothing physical to return
Because Metrorooter delivers digital stormwater map credits and no physical product, there is nothing to mail back. We do not accept or require physical returns, and there are no return shipping labels or fees.
2. Unused credits
If you have unused credits and want to reverse a purchase, this is handled as a refund rather than a return. See the Refund Policy for the 14-day window and details.
3. Problems with a generated map
If a map fails to generate due to a problem on our side, contact support@metrorooter.shop and we will restore or refund the affected credit. Remember that AI outputs are informational planning aids and may be inaccurate.
4. No on-site or physical service
Metrorooter provides no physical goods and no on-site, high-work, or emergency service, so no service visit or equipment is ever shipped, installed, or returned.
